We had a nice (but small) turn out, the weather was great and the food was delicious!
Thanks to all that participated and we hope everyone had a great time connecting with their neighbors.

NEW FENCE RAILS
Friday, February 19, 2010
WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE FRONT ENTRANCE?
We are working on getting the lighting back at the front entrance. Tony Raley, in our community, is coordinating the efforts to do this. He is meeting with a Duke Energy engineer on Monday to set up a meter and service box to power the front. The current wiring and connections are not to code. This will all be corrected and properly inspected.
Next we are working on getting most of the brick fence columns repaired by a mason. We will slowly start to replace all the front wooden 4x4's and 6x6's with your help to save on the labor cost.
We have only received HOA fees from roughly 25% of the community. You have probably seen the thermometer upfront.
We do not have enough money to take care of all the above, pay for the electric and properly landscape the front.
We have just over $4,000 and are trying our best to spend it wisely.
We urge you to please mail in your HOA fee of $100. Your money is being used to improve the front entrance.
For those of you that have sent in your HOA fee the Board thanks you.
